Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AIModCon collects, uses, stores, and retains information in connection with our moderation platform.

Personal data categories

We process customer-submitted content for moderation decisions, account and user profile details required for authentication, and operational metadata such as API usage metrics, IP addresses, and device identifiers. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Purposes of processing

We use data to provide and support the moderation service, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, improve product performance, and comply with legal obligations. When customers enable model tuning or feedback workflows, we use the submitted data only for those configured service improvements.

Legal bases (GDPR)

Where GDPR applies, our processing is based on contractual necessity to deliver the service, legitimate interests in securing and improving the platform, and compliance with legal obligations. We rely on consent only where required, and customers may withdraw consent at any time.

Third-party processors

We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, infrastructure monitoring, billing, and customer support. Each processor is bound by confidentiality, data protection, and security obligations. We do not disclose personal data except under customer instruction or as required by law.

Data subject rights

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, subject to applicable law. For California residents, we honor rights to know, delete, and correct personal information and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share). We respond to verified requests within legally mandated timelines.

Retention policy

Moderation content is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet regulatory requirements. Usage records are retained for billing, security investigations, and audit purposes, then deleted or anonymized according to documented retention schedules.

International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other jurisdictions where our subprocessors operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses and implement safeguards to protect data during cross-border transfers.
